Product Recall Notice

Hello!
First and foremost, we sincerely thank you for your continued trust and support. We have always been committed to providing safe and high-quality products and services. However, we identified that certain batches of our portable steam sauna products may have potential issues. Out of an abundance of caution and our strong commitment to user safety and experience, we are issuing a voluntary recall of certain Giantex portable steam sauna products in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
1. Reason for Recall
The Subject Steam Sauna Products may have a design defect that places the boiling hot steam diffuser close to the consumer’s extremities, posing a burn hazard to consumers. The steam diffuser has no fixed position inside the enclosure and can be placed close to user’s extremities. Users are also unable to visually locate and avoid contact with the steam diffuser because their head is outside the enclosure.

This recall applies to the following models sold beginning November 2022:

3. Remedy & How to Proceed
Remedy, Refund.
You can contact Giantex by email at support@giantex.com, by phone at (844) 242-1885 or directly on Amazon to get a full refund through the following steps:
- First, confirm your product and stop using it.
- Second, destroy of the subject products by cutting the cord to the heating unit. As shown in the figure:

- Last, provide photo evidence of destruction as instructed to us, then you can get a full refund back to your account.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Product quality and customer safety are always our top priorities. We will further strengthen our quality control processes to prevent similar issues in the future.
